Refund/Returns PolicyWe are happy to credit any unopened DVDs within 14 days, provided we receive the goods in PRISTINE condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. If the disc is damaged upon receipt, we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you.
Please email with notification of the items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Should you be unlucky enough to receive a faulty or damaged disc please email with your specific problem and we'll get back to you promptly.
Should you be unlucky enough to receive a faulty or damaged disc we will replace it within 14 days of notification to the following e-mail (). Once we have received it back , a new disc will be mailed to the address originally provided, as long as the previous disk doesn't shows signs of mishandling damage and we receive it with its case, inserts and original package. All return postage costs are to be incurred by the customer.
